I’ve designed an oil fill spout breather vent. This product is a banjo style fitting with through bolt, that will thread into the fill tube on a Dodge pick-up truck and then you can run a 3/4” hose off of the fitting to any where you need to route it.
Some vent to atmosphere, others have plumbed it back to the air intake box, and some vent to a catch can.
I would say do your research and see which is best for you.
This item fits the first gen 5.9L Cummins pre 1997 and a half Dodge Pick-up Trucks.
